2013
The inception and creation of IXU – a legend is born. The first IXU bat
model was crafted alongside Faf du Plessis, our Enigma.
2014
IXU’s official brand launch makes news in SA Cricket Magazine. IXU
sponsors the Afrikaanse Hoër Seunskool 1st cricket team.
2015
A new powerhouse. IXU’s Axon range launches, completing our three
ranges.
2016
IXU becomes the official ball sponsor of the Northerns Titans & naming
sponsor of the amateur boys’ team/Northerns Titans.
2017
Flying high. All 3 IXU ranges make it into the Proteas side. Faf du
Plessis Enigma, Andile Phehlukwayo Nexus and Heinrich Klaasen Axon.
2018
IXU launches luxury travel and sports luggage range. The limited edition
Enigma Pink debuts at The Wanderers Pink Drive Cricket Day. Official clothing supplier to the
Northerns Cricket Union.
2019
Official sponsor of the Namibia Men’s national team. Faf du Plessis named
South African Cricketer of the Year.
2020
Official sponsor of the Namibia Women’s national team.
2021
IXU debuts on the global stage as the official apparel sponsor of the
Namibia Men’s national team at the T20 World Cup.
2022
IXU Ambassador Sune Luus captians the Proteas Women’s side in the
Commonwealth Games.
2023
Two IXU Ambassadors, Faf du Plessis and Heinrich Klaasen, make it into the
Team of the Tournament for the 2023 IPL.
