VIA YOUR RETAILER:

In the unfortunate event that your IXU bat has broken and falls within the 6 month period from purchase, return the bat to the retailer. The retailer will send the bat to the IXU HQ for inspection.

IXU will contact you within 48 hours of receipt to provide the appropriate feedback. Should your request fall within the Quality Assured Terms and Conditions, your new bat will be shipped to the retailer within 5 working days of approval.

In the unfortunate event that your IXU bat has broken and falls within the 6 month period from purchase, send an email to info@ixusport.com, which includes the circumstances of breakage, a photograph of the bat, collection address as well as your purchase receipt.

IXU will contact you within 48 hours of receipt to provide the appropriate feedback. Should your request fall within the Quality Assured Terms and Conditions, your new bat will be shipped to you within 5 working days of approval.
