THE QUALITY ASSURED AGREEMENT INCLUDES:

A bat replacement within 6 months of purchase should there be a breakage during normal cricket use. Further to this, there is a 3 month repair period. Should the bat be beyond repair, IXU retains the right to make a decision on the outcome.

Exclusions for Replacement:

  • Water damage
  • Mis-use in non-cricket environments.
  • Superficial surface cracks.
  • General wear and tear.
  • Handle breakage (this is only eligible for repair).
